1. Global Wine Stocks will not accept advertising source material and/or advertising campaigns that are submitted for publication on its site if the said advertising source material and/or advertising campaigns can be classified under one or more of the following categories at anytime during the the corresponding advertising campaign:

   1. The submitted graphics or text material depict scenes or expressions that are deemed to be of a sexual or pornographic nature and/or unsuitable to minors.

   2. The submitted graphics or text material depict scenes or expressions that are deemed to be of a religious nature.

   3. The submitted graphics or text material depict scenes or expressions that are deemed to be of a defamatory, racist or anti-Semitic nature and/or found to promote hatred.

   4. The submitted or reffered to graphic or text content depict scenes or expressions that are deemed to promote goods or services of an illegal or unacceptable nature, or are deemed contrary to general ethics or morals.

   5. It is demonstrated that, by this publication, the advertiser incites the reader to visit a web site or store where activities taking place are deemed commercially illegal, unacceptable or contrary to general ethics or morals, or where said web site or store depicts scenes or expressions deemed to be of a sexual, pornographic, religious, racist, anti-Semitic or defamatory nature, or found to promote hatred or to be unsuitable to minors.

   6. The police or governmental authorities of the country or province from which Global Wine Stocksoperates (Quebec, Canada) produce an official demand for the withdrawal of the specified advertising material.

2. Any advertiser on Global Wine Stocks that contravenes the Advertisement guidelines will see its advertising campaign cancelled, without refund of any payment which could have already been made for the specific campaign.

3. Global Wine Stocks reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, any advertising content, without any possible appeal from the advertiser. In the event of such a refusal, payments made towards that specific campaign will be credited to the advertiser's account.

4. Global Wine Stocks will systematically refuse any advertising content which would not meet the technical specifications (size of picture, size of file, file type) as stated by Global Wine Stocks for that type of advertisement. In the event of such a refusal, payments made towards that specific campaign will be credited to the advertiser's account.
